"Necessity is the mother of invention" a quote whose spirit combined with an environmental conscience and scientific disposition, resulting in a senior project manager, hydrogeologist and sustainability consultant.
With nearly 20 years of global experience, especially in Europe, Asia and N.America, I've worked across various sectors both private and public: consultancies, think-tanks, NGO’s, MNE’s, start-ups, IFI’s, gov. & academic institutions. Through every engagement, my passion seeks to improve the circularity between people & planet by creating holistic solutions. For example, utilizing nature-based solutions, such as mangrove restoration, to create a resilient coastal community vs socio-ecologically expensive (albeit predictable) grey sea-walls.
I specialise in water, carbon, commodity value-chains (agriculture), ecological footprints, NBS, climate resilience and ESG reporting. I am also an ecopreneur, lecturer and coach/facilitator with a passion for making sustainable development intrinsic to the way society functions.
